I will be attempting the Ironman 70.3 on December 10, 2016. This will be a 1.9km swim followed by a 90 km bike, followed by a 21.1 km run. Please support my Ironman attempt by helping me raise funds to support at least 50 kids. It costs PKR15,000/ (USD150)- to educate 1 child for 1 year at a TCF school. The training has been long and hard, 6 days a week for the last 4 months. 4am waking to cycle for 3 hours, late night runs, late evening swims but I am no athlete, just a middle aged dad with a full time job. Its been a long hard grind and on the day it will be tough but raising the donations will make it all worthwhile
